What I Do
I help busy women who are frustrated with painful bloating and not sure what to eat to ease their gas and bloating and discover the ideal food map for balanced weight, great energy, and digestion that feels amazing.
Women often end up ignoring the quiet messages and warning signs their bodies are sending them until they become so loud they can’t be ignored – things like gas, bloating, constipation, poor sleep, brain fog, fatigue, weight gain, irritability, anxiety, and just overall feeling like crap. We must fix your digestion first!
I know because I have struggled myself with painful bloating and a variety of other digestive symptoms for years! I can relate to the uncomfortable distention after meals. I can still feel the pain and frustration after eating even after cutting out most foods that “should be the reason” for my problems. I hated that my jeans became too snug after a meal and I often went to bed feeling uncomfortable in my skin. I started on my mission to heal my own digestion and I want to help women do the same!
As a Registered Nurse, Functional Nutrition Lifestyle Practitioner, Restorative Wellness Practitioner, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Positive Psychology Life Coach and Environmental Toxin Specialist, I take an integrative approach to identifying the root causes of what may seem like unrelated symptoms.
Together, we explore nutrient dense food options, gut microbiome testing, food sensitivity testing, sleep, stress, detoxification practices, positive behavior change, self care practices, mindset, and the environment so you can return to having a belly that doesn’t rumble, ache or bloat!
