I know because I have struggled myself with painful bloating and a variety of other digestive symptoms for years! I can relate to the uncomfortable distention after meals. I can still feel the pain and frustration after eating even after cutting out most foods that “should be the reason” for my problems. I hated that my jeans became too snug after a meal and I often went to bed feeling uncomfortable in my skin. I started on my mission to heal my own digestion and I want to help women do the same!
