What I Do

I help women who are exhausted, spread-thin, and wondering who they even are anymore after years of juggling after-school events, homework, laundry, managing the house, and maybe even a full time job, find balance, regain their energy, and realign with the best version of themselves.

Women often end up ignoring the quiet messages and warning signs their bodies are sending them until they become so loud they can’t be ignored – things like poor sleep, brain fog, fatigue, weight gain, digestive issues, irritability, anxiety, and just overall feeling like crap.

As a registered nurse, functional nutrition lifestyle practitioner, child sleep consultant, certified functional medicine health coach, positive psychology life coach and environmental toxin specialist, I take an integrative approach to identifying the root causes of these seemingly unrelated symptoms, with a focus on teaching moms how to put themselves first (ha! Imagine that!)

Together, we explore high quality nutrition solutions, positive behavior change, self care practices, mindset, and the home environment so they can return to the best version of themselves.
