Our stress hormone cortisol helps us wake up each day… but if this hormone is kicking in too early, we wake anxious and jittery.   • creating shifts in your life to release unnecessary stress

Re-align: Learn what is the right way of eating for YOU right now is your life, through:

  • Reviewing your current diet and identifying opportunities to optimize nutrition
  • Figuring out which foods are sapping your energy, and trashing your sleep
  • Creating a customized program that supports your individual biology
  • Evaluating your digestion and working towards improvement for optimal nutrient absorption and comfort

Refocus: Learn what recharges your personal battery and realigning with the food choices that work for your body…

  • learning to say “no” when it’s too much
  • focus of real, whole food
  • listening to your body around stress and food (we will keep journals)
  • exercise in a way that honors your body for where it is right now
  • honoring personal character traits
  • cultivating a growth mindset (shifting from labels and judging to lessons and learning)

Here’s How It Works

We meet for an initial 90-minute consult where you get to share your complete story. Hearing your story help me to identify the best, and most impactful places for us to dig deep, helping you to feel your best as quickly as possible.

Initial Consult (90 minutes):

In this session we will discuss:

  • Review of detailed history form
  • Your specific struggles & frustrations
  • Uncomfortable or troublesome symptoms
  • What you’ve tried in the past that didn’t work
  • Where you’re currently feeling stuck
  • A collaborative plan for moving forward with success
After our initial session, we’ll meet weekly, via our video conferencing platform (so we can see each other!) for 30-45 minutes sessions, for 3 months.

Follow up calls (45 minutes):

During these sessions, we will:

  • Discuss the tracking journals we’ll use to measure your progress
  • Review journals to learn more about what foods work well and not as well in your body
  • Review these journals to help keep us on track towards your goal of better sleep, more energy, and a better overall mood.
  • Review labs if applicable
  • Celebrate your wins, big and small
  • Provide accountability to keep you on track
  • Set you up with the support you need to maintain these changes for the long run.

About Me

Hi! I’m Anne Grier, a Registered Nurse, Certified Gentle Sleep Coach, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Positive Psychology Life Coach and Environmental toxin Specialist.

As a busy mom of three children, I know exactly what it feels like to be exhausted, spread thin, experiencing “mom guilt” and fantasizing about this so-called “self-care” that everyone speaks of, but feels so out of reach.

In 2012, I began working as a child sleep consultant, helping new moms tackle the challenge of establishing healthy sleep patterns for their babies. What I noticed though is that long after their kids were out of the crib, and in some cases, already in middle school, mom’s were themselves having sleep issues, along with all kinds of other health problems like brain fog, headaches, fatigue, weight gain, and digestive issues. I too had been struggling with many of these issues as were many of my friends. But nobody wanted to talk about it, nobody wanted to admit their struggles or take the time to help themselves- insert mommy guilt!

With all the messages in the media telling us to take on all the things and to follow this fad diet, or that new trendy meal plan – women seeking to optimize their health are more confused than ever.

I decided to fix this, by giving women the space to talk about it and guiding women to heal their bodies and release the mommy guilt!
